Spacious and sophisticated home with expansive pool and classic interior design in the peaceful town of Ca n´Amat. The residence features high quality finishes, an impressive collection of antique furniture, and plenty of ample spaces in which to spend time with family. On the first floor you will find an enormous living room with cozy blue couches facing a fireplace and TV, a stunning dining area with a long glass table, sparkling glass vitrine and wooden server with brass candle holders, and a fully equipped kitchen with a French countryside design and its own breakfast nook for 4. The house accommodates 14 guests in 7 lovely double bedrooms, some with double beds and other with singles, each with with a creative and unique design. 2 bedrooms have access to a balcony, with sun beds perfect for catching the early morning sunshine. On the top floor there is a terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, and a game room with billiards table to keep you entertained for hours. On a sunny day spend the afternoon outside on the soft grassy area surrounding the L-shaped swimming pool and relax with your favorite book under the sun, or the shade of the gorgeous palm trees planted around the water.
The house is located in a quiet area, a great escape from the crowd and noise of the big city. It is, however, just a short drive from Terrassa, where you will find several supermarkets and shopping centers with everything you will need. We recommend exploring the wine region of Penedes and visiting some wineries where the famous Cava sparkling wine is produced.

I spent my holidays with my family in this beautiful house. My children loved playing in the garden and in the swimming pool. The rooms are very cozy, you feel at home with this country-style design. The view in the terrace is breathtaking! The location is really good if you want to be far from big and noisy cities.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette luxueuse maison où nous avons profité de la piscine ainsi que de la vue incroyable. C\'est un quartier très calme mais qui reste tout de même assez proche de la ville.
