It is a 110m2 apartment with two private interior patios of about 10m2 each, 5 rooms all double and exterior, 3 of them face directly to the outside.
3 of the rooms have a double bed and the other two have two single beds.
All rooms have spacious wardrobe closets, double-glazed windows throughout the floor, heating with cast radiators and central air conditioning throughout the floor, parquet floors.
The apartment was completely renovated and is fully furnished and equipped. It is the only floor on this floor in the back making it a very quiet floor with no noise and also faces a pedestrian street so there is no car noise.
2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and the other with a don rain shower, both with a screen, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a non-frost fridge and all kitchen utensils.
1 floor although it is like a second because the room below has very high ceilings.

The flat was large with plenty of rooms, good for students sharing a flat together. The interior of the flat was very modern and quirky and everything was super clean. Shared between 5 erasmus students the flat was ideal, and resulted in good value for money. Born is a really nice area for students, lots of good places to eat and drink and not far from the beach! Barcelona-Home are really helpful with city information too, given all of us were new to the city and to Spain
