Arbetsuppgifterna består av att sköta löpande administrativa uppgifter. personalfrågor, personalanskaffning, fakturering mm. I tjänsten ingår även att svara i telefon och vara ansiktet utåt, ta hand om hyresgäster med mera. Du kommer också att arbeta en del med marknadsföring för företaget. Du är även ansvarig för personalen inom din avdelning samt ansvarig för praktikanter.

Vi söker dig som har god datorvana och har erfarenhet av servicearbetet. Som person bör du ha mycket god servicekänsla och kunna bemöta olika människor, från olika länder och kulturer, på ett bra sätt. Tjänsten ställer krav på ordning och reda samt att ha förmåga att kunna arbeta strukturerat. Svenska språket i tal och skrift är ett krav. Du ska även ha god förståelse för danska och norska. Din engelska ska vara felfri både i tal och skrift. Du ska ha goda kunskper i spanska och om du kan andra språk är även detta meriterande.

Personerna i teamet som du kommer arbeta med är i 23-33års åldern och vi ser därför helst att du är i denna ålder. Vi ser gärna att du har någon universitet- eller högskoleutbildning och arbetslivserfarenhet är ett krav.

Du kommer att arbeta närma ledningen i företaget och det kommer ställas krav på dig på nytänkande. Du ska också vara handlingskraftig och ha lätt för att lösa problem som kan uppstå i arbetet.

Tjänsten kommer att tillsättas den 3 november då du kommer att få 2 månaders upplärning. Tjänsten är sedan en tillsvidareanställning. Arbetstiderna är måndag-fredag.

You will be  dealing with companies and clients from different countries. Therefore, we require fluent English as well as Spanish, written and spoken. Other languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, Italian and French are highly valued.

The job will be a full-time position from Monday-Friday.  The team is international from countries all over Europe.
