Yoga and Yoga is a school that offers yoga classes at different levels and in different styles. You can choose between Yin Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama or Hatha Vinyasa. For beginners the school offers Level 1 classes where you can learn the fundamentals of yoga with the teacher there with you, guiding you every step of the way. The center also provides Level 2 classes for those who have already mastered a basic level of yoga.
