EOI Barcelona Drassanes
EOI Barcelona Drassanes is a public center dedicated to the teaching of languages to adults. The aim of those languages taught here is to develop: the student’s ability to use a language effectively as a vehicle for general communication and also the acknowledgement of and respect for linguistic and cultural diversity as a tool for dialogue between different peoples.
At the EOIBD 15 languages can be studied: Arabic, Basque, Catalan, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish for foreigners. The Department of Special Courses now also offers Swedish classes, but not as a regular attendance course.
This public center also provides many courses such as official courses, b2+ courses, c1+ courses, professional development for teachers, conversation groups, reading clubs and also summer courses.
This linguistic and cultural variety turns their center into a privileged place for dialogue, where diversity is both valued and cultivated.
