Copasetic is focused on sustainable healthy food, which is locally sourced and organic. With gluten free, vegetarian and lactose free options this restaurant serves delicious dishes with fabulous flavour.
The international dishes on offer suit all tastes and it is a go to place for locals and tourists with specific dietary requirements. The eggs, vegetables and beef are all organic and the chicken is free range. Bread is available either gluten free or made with spelt flour and the cheese is available lactose free too. They also have almond and soya milk to serve with the 100% organic and fair trade coffee.
The restaurant is open for brunch, lunch and dinner. If you fancy brunch then why not try one of the various gluten and guilt free pancake or egg dishes with a variety of different accompaniments. Lunch options include salads, sandwiches and crepes. There is a spinach salad with chicken, pumpkin, sunflower seeds and mango vinaigrette and crepes with chicken, goats cheese, mushrooms, spinach, feta cheese or tomatoes. The specialties are the beef, chicken with lime and coriander, red bean and quinoa or fresh galician hake burgers.
