The sun shining, people smiling, a gentle breeze in the air… A spectacular view over the city of Barcelona. While the funicular rolls slowly above our heads we´re driven by the rhythm and the beat. We raise our glasses to toast a good time. Those who braved coming alone are now fully emerged in conversation with new friends. In fact, everyone seems to feel comfortable and happy in the relaxed atmosphere created by open-minded people. It’s Sunday, time to chill and enjoy Brunch in the park Barcelona!
What is Brunch in the park Barcelona?
Brunch in the park is a mix between a traditional Sunday picnic and the world of the electronic music. This year, Brunch in the park Barcelona will be held each Sunday between the 2nd of July and the 17th of September 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The venue will feature two stages, on which you will have the chance to hear all types of music. These Sundays provide a great opportunity for families, children, and friends to meet in the beautiful Montjuïc Park and spend the afternoon listening to wonderful live music and enjoying panoramic views of Barcelona. Don’t miss the best outdoor party in the city!
The event will feature performances by some of the best Dj’s in town.
A Sunday under the sign of rest!
So take a seat in the green grass and relax to the sounds of music. Bring a picnic to share with friends! Please remember that it is forbidden to bring any type of alcohol in a bottle with a volume of over 50cl. It is also not permitted to bring aluminum or glass boxes inside. You can also check out the food and drink stands that will be at your disposal during the festival.
Piknic Electronik is a fantastic activity for families with children. The venue features a playground and bouncy castle, as well as other fun activities for kids to do besides just listening to the music. The youngest will be provided with headphones for safety.

How to get there
- By metro: Lines 2 and 3. When you leave the Metro take the funicular, which will bring you directly to the Montjuïc Park.
- By bus: With the line 150 (in direction Montjuïc Park – Stop: Pl de la Sardana)
- By walk: Piknic Electronik is just 15minutes away from Poble Sec – If you are looking for an accommodation in Poble Sec, please check our apartments in Poble Sec.
- By car/moto: There are free parking lots for your car or moto only 50 meters from the place. When you go to Monjuïc follow the signs until « Castell P »
- By funicular: From Barcelona Harbour (Metro station; Barceloneta – Line 4 / Bus; 17, 39, 45, 64, 57, 59, 159)
