Outstanding summer cultural attraction, Grec Festival de Barcelona, will take place between the 1st and 31st of July!
The Grec Festival de Barcelona is one of the most outstanding cultural attractions in Barcelona. During this international festival there will be over 130 performances. Theatre, dance, music, circus and children’s activities will fill Barcelonas venues. Although the most atmospheric performances will take place at the main stage, Teatre Grec, witch also have given the festival it’s name.
Last year was the 40th anniversary of this spectacular event. This was celebrated with a performance of “Les bruixes de Salem”, based on Arthur Miller’s classic play, The Crucible.

The artists and program for Grec Festival
The artist Valerie June will perform in Barcelona the 12th of July. Valerie June is an American singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. The artist mixes folk, blues, gospel, soul and country. She is an incredible artist with an unique voice.
The In Crescendo ensemble will preform in Barcelona the 22nd of July. In Crescendo is a wonderful choir group of young artists between 18 and 26 years. The group performs a both classic and modern repertoire adapted to their own style. They give the audience a unique performance each time they go on stage.
The singer Beth Hart will perform in Barcelona the 26th of July. Beth Hart is an American singer and songwriter. Her powerful voice has a mix of blues, rock, soul and jazz. Do not miss out on this unforgettable concert.
