The man with the 1000 faces…
“David Bowie is” lands in the Museu del Disseny de Barcelona and presents the retrospective of this worldwide famous cultural icon and music innovator David Bowie, who passed away on January 2016. This exhibition presents more than 300 objects (costumes, photos, documentaries…) mainly from personal archives.
Barcelona owns the last date of the European tour after Berlin, Paris and Bologna, don’t miss this wonderful project for which David Bowie itself has worked before his death.
This exhibition retraces the life of this icon with so multiple facets: artist, singer, musician, performer, information source and so much more… He knew how to adapt to every genres, and he was always far ahead of. For exemple, he was the first for glam Rock, funk, soul, disco or even electro.
