Sunny and comfortable apartment with access to a community pool located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Sant Andreu, just a short walk from the La Sagrera metro station. The residence comes with sophisticated bedrooms, featuring a soothing color scheme of beige, white and cream, and a unique 3D decoration made of refurbished wood on the wall. Each bedroom has access to a beautiful balcony, one with with green plants right in front. The floor to ceiling sliding doors of the balcony allow plenty of light into both the bedroom and the living room, which is furnished with a bright red couch and blue sofa that give a vibrant touch of color to the space. Further along you will find a pleasant dining space with a table for 4 and a U-shaped kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to cook at home. From the living room you can also access the bathroom, which has a nice, polished feel and comes with a full bathtub in which to relax. The building also has a community pool, perfect for suntanning next to on a hot summer day.
By living in this charming neighborhood, slightly off the tourist trail of the historical district, you will really experience life in Barcelona as a local. This area has plenty of supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and bars. A short walk will bring you to the Parc Guinardó, perfect for a picnic on a sunny day. Visit the Sant Pau hospital nearby or the Encants flee market, for great souvenirs. For a fantastic seafood dinner we recommend Marisquería A Estrela Galega, a Galician restaurant near the Sant Pau Hospital.

Reviews
We spent some weeks in this apartment with our 2 kids. It was clean and cosy and there is a lot of comfort. The community pool was nice for the kids. Even if the apartment is not in the city center of Barcelona, it was still a good area to live. We also visited Barcelona often, which was easily with the 3 metro stations nearby.
