There are also several wonderful spaces in which to relax and spend time with your loved ones, including a spacious living room with cozy couches and TV, an indoor dining space with a long white table, and a fantastic outdoor space with cozy patio furniture, coffee table and a parasol. Prepare a light and healthy lunch in the fully equipped, separate kitchen or on the barbecue, and enjoy it in this great outdoor lounge under the warm rays of the Mediterranean sun. The house also comes with a large pool and a grassy garden around it, perfect for sunbathing or for children to play on.

The residence is located in a tranquil and peaceful area of the costal city of Blanes, right next to an enormous natural park that extends all the way to the sea. Just a few minutes away you will find the Pinya de Rosa Jardín Botanico, a tropical botanical garden with more than 7,000 species of plants from all over the world. Not far from the house is the Treumal natural cove with its beautiful sandy beach and the Ermita Santa Cristina, a gorgeous chapel definitely worth a visit. The city center of Blanes, the port and several wonderful restaurants are also just a few minutes away by car.
