As it is in one of the quietest area of Barcelona, it is the ideal option for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing stay without missing out the major touristic attractions and the city center. This is possible thanks to the easy access to three different metro lines from the apartment.
The apartment is in the neighborhood of Guinardó, a quiet residential area. In addition, its proximity to the Parc del Guinardó, one of the most emblematic municipal parks of the city, will enable you to get a pleasant experience from your stay. The decor is both modern and warm, able to please many people, from students to small families as well as anybody who is coming to work in the beautiful Ciudad Condal.

Highly recommended! Spacious apartment, in a perfect location. Ideal place to hide from the crowd and noise of Ramblas, but close to metro, so you can easily get to the center. Couldn\'t think of a better place to live during our three months in Barcelona.

Very nice and cosy apartment! Everything is new, and the staff was very polite when they brought us the keys! Very welcoming! We booked some trips in the city thought them and we were very happy with the service provided we even got some discounts like 10 percent for Hard Rock Cafe etc!
Pretty cool apartment. We were 3 guys and stayed for 2 month. Good price, close to the metro, nice district. It's clean and quite new!

El piso muy cómodo, el cuarto grande tiene un vestier pequeño pero estupendo, todo muy bien, la cocina, la sala, el baño es un encanto. Tiene más de lo indispensable para cocinar, es muy confortable y acogedor el espacio, la lencería de cama y toallas perfectas e impecables, muy buen espacio para 3 personas. El barrio es muy silencioso y tranquilo, si se busca estar un poco alejado de los turistas, los cafés y las tiendas es muy buena opción (un poco malo que se escucha cualquier ruido de la calle y de los vecinos por lo silencioso). Hay un par de supermercadillos muy cerca que abren hasta tarde. El apartamento esta bastante cerca del metro L4 y L5 lo cual hace que esté muy bien comunicado con el centro y los puntos de interés.
