The spacious rooms feature a unique angular arrangement that adds a dynamic, contemporary touch to the interior design. The living room is completely exterior, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows right alongside the gorgeous dining area with a round glass table for 4. Enjoy breakfast with a view! Behind the dining table is a lounge area with an array of comfortable padded couches, decorated with cute throw pillows, facing a fully equipped modern kitchen, which comes with its own small dining nook (a wooden table and 2 stools). The bedrooms are decorated with exquisite taste and feature spacious armoires and desks, making this residence perfect for students as well. We especially like the double bedroom with its desk facing a large window, which allows plenty of light to shine in. Throughout the apartment you will find smooth parquet floors, unique paintings on the walls and high-quality finishes to make you feel comfortable.
The building is just minutes away from the famous Sagrada Familia of Gaudí, one of the most emblematic sites of the city. You will also be very close to the namesake metro station of the monument, from where you will enjoy direct access to the Universitat de Barcelona and Sants station. We recommend visiting Hospital de Sant Pau, famous for its Modernist architecture and the Estrella Damm factory to learn about local beer brewing.

It was very important for us to stay somewhere quiet and clean, because of the kids. Thats why this apartment was a good choice for us - a nice area close to the places of interest, but without hearing people shouting on the street. The area is very nice - very close to Sagrada Familia, well- communicated with the whole city.
We enjoyed living in this apartment, it´s light, clean and cozy. It was fun living there with friends, the clubs and bars are quiet close and it takes 25 minutes to get to the beach.
Мы жили всего в пяти минутах ходьбы от Саграды Фамилии, в очень милом районе с красивой архитектурой. До многих мест можно было дойти пешком, но до смого центра нужно ехать на метро 10 минут. Квартира милая, русский владелец украсил ее элементами декора в славянском стиле, нам было приятно.

The apartment is big and nice. We were spending there the evenings after sightseeing. First we considered staying somewhere in a small town on the coast, but eventually we decided not to miss the whole experience of living in the centre of Barcelona, and never regretted it.
